Tribute by Peter Johnson, 9 Sqn Crewman,Member SAS Assn Qld  David Fisher's remains were subsequently located and repatriated to Australia. Anadditional plaque was unveiled at the Vietnam Memorial stating that he was no longer Missing In Action.
